What is KindNest, and who do you serve?

KindNest is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mothers, pregnant women, and infants by providing essential items such as diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, and hygiene products. We serve families in need throughout Genesee County and surrounding areas, offering both care packages and community resources.

How can I request support from KindNest?

To request support, simply fill out our online application form. You’ll be able to specify the items your family needs, and we’ll do our best to match your request with available donations. All applications are confidential, and we do not require proof of income to receive help.

How can I donate to KindNest?

We gratefully accept monetary donations through Zeffy, PayPal, Cash App, GoFundMe, and Venmo, as well as in-kind donations such as baby gear, clothing, hygiene products, and diapers. We also have donation drop-off partnerships—please contact us beforehand to coordinate.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes! KindNest is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All monetary and in-kind donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We’re happy to provide a donation receipt upon request.

Are you accepting partnerships or volunteers?

Absolutely. We believe in the power of community and are always open to partnerships with churches, local businesses, and individuals who want to give back. Volunteer opportunities vary by project, so please reach out to us if you're interested in helping make a difference.
